We are a super small team of just two people - so we are here for you if you have any questions or enquiries regarding your order. 1:ORDERS
We strive to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible, but during the current climate we are working full time as key workers so our duck lead times are a little longer. All orders are made-to-order including our bespoke range so we do recommend ordering in advance as these will arrive within 2-3 weeks of an onsite purchase, or submitting your form via the 'contact us' page.
Normally our deliveries arrive with our reliable courier service, however if any issues do arise with receiving your order - send us an email at pompeyducks@gmail.com
There are only two of us in the company so we will be happy to help, and do what we can to resolve any issues if they occur!
2:SHIPPING
If you would like to request a faster shipping service you can email us at pompeyducks@gmail.com and we can see if there are any options to help you get your gift there on time!
3:GIFT SHIPPING
All of our ducks come wrapped up in brown tissue paper, but if you are short on time just pop a note on your order at the checkout and we can do what we can to make your gift that extra bit special.
4:RETURNS
Our returns policy states that you can get a full refund on your order within 30 days, providing something is wrong with your order, for example if the gift has been damaged in transit.
We strive to attain a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, so if you do encounter any issues (hopefully not!) then please email us as soon as you can at pompeyducks@gmail.com and we will to everything we can to rectify and resolve the problem.
